Habitat Enhancement and Restoration

Masse Environmental Consultants has coordinated, planned and implemented a number of mitigation, compensation and restoration projects that have involved collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that projects are both ecologically and socially effective. Through this work we have gained a comprehensive understanding of the ecological restoration issues in a diversity of ecosystems in the Kootenay Region. Many of our projects have involved a multidisciplinary team of professionals, community groups, developers and government agencies to implement restoration projects that offset the impacts of anthropogenic activities on the environment. Our services include project design, planning, coordination, implementation and monitoring. Habitat restoration projects include:
